Sesinando "Nanding" Cantor, WA --
Born in Burgos, Pangasinan, married to Lourdes Ontiveros and have four (4) children, and nine (9) grandchildren, he and Lourdes reside in Renton, Washington. Graduated from Far Eastern University (1959) with an accounting degree and Manuel L. Quezon University (1964), with a Law degree . Licensed as CPA in 1960 and admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1965. He was a CPA and practiced law as an Attorney in the Philippines. He also worked as a bank manager at RCBC, prior to migrating to the U.S. with family in 1974. In the U.S., he studied at the University of Puget Sound (Tacoma, WA) and graduated with an M.B.A. degree (1978). He passed the CPA board examinations in Washington State in 1982 and became a licensed C.P.A. and a sole practitioner since 1984. He has extensive service as volunteer board director and financial officer for non-profit entities in the Seattle area. He had provided assistance in the formation, operations and governance of non-profit organizations and federal tax-exempt entities.
